The Power of Positive Affirmations



As a spiritual life coach, I often use positive affirmations with my clients to help them shift their mindset and attract positivity into their lives. 


So I want to share with you the power of positive affirmations and how you can use them in your daily life to achieve your goals and live your best life.


Firstly, what are affirmations? 


Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat to yourself daily. They can be used to reprogram your subconscious mind and shift your thoughts from negative to positive. When you repeat affirmations consistently, they become beliefs, and your actions and behaviours align with those beliefs.


So, how can you use positive affirmations in your daily life? Here are some tips to get you started:

  1. Choose affirmations that resonate with you: Your affirmations should reflect your goals and values. Choose statements that are meaningful to you and inspire you to take action.
  2. Repeat your affirmations daily: Repetition is key. Repeat your affirmations daily, ideally in the morning and at night. Say them out loud or silently to yourself, and visualise yourself embodying them.
  3. Use present tense: Your affirmations should be in the present tense, as if you have already achieved your goals. For example, "I am confident and capable" or "I am attracting abundance into my life".
  4. Believe in your affirmations: You need to believe in the truth of your affirmations for them to work. Visualise yourself embodying your affirmations and feel the emotions associated with them.
  5. Keep it simple: Your affirmations should be simple and easy to remember. Choose statements that resonate with you and that you can easily remember.
  6. Be consistent: Consistency is key. Repeat your affirmations consistently, and don't give up if you don't see results immediately. Trust in the power of your affirmations and keep going.

Using positive affirmations in your daily life can help you shift your mindset, attract positivity, and achieve your goals.


Remember to choose affirmations that resonate with you, repeat them daily, use present tense, believe in them, keep it simple, and be consistent.
